How do I place my order?
There are four easy ways to order:
• Use our secure online shopping cart.
• Phone us toll-free at (800)-322-6797 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

• Fax us your order at 800-224-6699.

How can I pay for my purchase?
We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and checks for orders placed via our shopping cart or telephone. Mail orders can also be paid via cashier’s check or money order (payable to Hanley-Wood Bookstores).

How will my order be shipped?
We ship via an expedited surface delivery service through the United States Post Office.

Is RUSH service available?
Yes. Telephone orders for in-stock items can be shipped the same day if placed by 11 am, Eastern Time. Delivery is via UPS 2-Day service (US deliveries only). The cost is $15 plus normal shipping cost.

When will I receive my order?
Orders are usually processed and shipped on the first business day after your order is received. Shipments delivery is usually between 2 and 7 business days.

Can I return a book if I'm not satisfied?
Yes. Your purchase comes with our 30-day money back satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with anything you purchase from Hanley Wood Bookstores, simply return it to the address shown on your packing list within 30 days for a refund.

Why do you collect sales taxes in certain states?
In accordance with established laws, we must collect sales tax on shipments to states where our corporation has offices and employees. We are currently required to collect sales tax on shipments to CA and NY (Applicable Rate), DC (5.75%), GA (4%), IL (6.25%), TX (6.25%), VA (4.25%), and VT (6%).
